This has been long overdue, more pics from our Chinese New Year trip to Vietnam (Hanoi)

White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake

This is our 2nd cake baked together. The first one was edible but didnt turn out quite presentable. But the 2nd cake, white chocolate strawberry cheesecake (we name it ourselves) turned out to be quite a success and presentable.
Tada! Our hardwork did paid off when you get compliments all over. We know what to improve on the next time we bake the same cake. 2 more cakes coming on the way this month for both our dad's birthdays!

Half Year Anniversary

Our half year anniversary was celebrated in Sassorosso- an Italian Restaurant in Jalan Yap Kwan Seng (http://www.sassorosso.com.my/). Was supposed to be a quiet restaurant smack right in the middle of the city, but on that particular day there was a private function and it was rather busy in the restaurant on that night. We managed to get a seat in the outdoor and food was quite tasty.

On a seprate note, we went to Italian On Sixth in Pavillion and we thought the food was rather yummy although small portion. The bill for 2 person came up to about RM140 excluding wine and dessert. So is all Italian this month as opposed to Japanese month in March. :)
